This Privacy Policy explains how ChatWave (“ChatWave,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when users access the ChatWave mobile application and related services.

Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile details, and account status information.
Contact information: contact names, saved phone numbers, and contact metadata created or stored in the app.
Messaging data: conversation records, SMS content sent or received through the service, timestamps, and message status information.
Number and order information: virtual number records, order history, plan information, and related account identifiers.
Technical information: app version, device or session identifiers, logs, crash details, and security-related information.

2. How we use information

To provide account login, messaging, number management, and contact management features.
To process orders, manage plans, activate numbers, and provide support.
To protect the service, prevent fraud or misuse, and maintain platform security.
To diagnose technical issues and improve app reliability.

ChatWave is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
