These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ChatWave mobile application and related services. By using ChatWave, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws to use the service.

2. Service description

ChatWave provides tools for managing account-associated virtual numbers, reviewing conversations, maintaining contacts, and sending SMS messages using the services available through the app.

3. User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, spam-related, or harmful conduct.
  • You must not interfere with app security, service integrity, or the rights of other users.

4. Messaging

You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account and for ensuring your communications comply with applicable law and platform policies.

5. Purchases and plans

Certain features may require paid plans, number activation, or other purchases. Pricing, availability, duration, and related order details may change over time.

6. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risks, engaged in misuse, or exposed the service to legal or operational harm.

7. Intellectual property

The app, interface, and service-related materials are owned by ChatWave or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed except as allowed by law or with written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatWave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
